After ordering the book series you will receive an invoice with instructions on how to pay. The first four volume will be delivered immediately after payment. The fifth volumes will be delivered upon publication. Expected publication date is Spring 2013.

Terms of delivery
After completing your order you will receive a detailed confirmation by e-mail. This will be followed by an invoice with payment information. The book series subscription price includes VAT and shipping costs. It is not possible to cancel your order after we received your payment. The four volumes of the book series will be send to you by courier as soon as we receive your payment. The last volume will be dispatched in 2013. We will inform you about this by e-mail before each shipment. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Books will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. In case the delivery address changes the customer should provide us by e-mail with the changed address as soon as possible. The customer will provide other relevant changes (for instance a new e-mail address) also as soon as possible. We will confirm all changes by e-mail.In case volumes of the book series are not published and sent the customer will recover the subscription price of each non published volume (€ 22).
